What we collect

• Your account email address and name, from Google Sign-In.
• The text you submit for translation.
• Document images you submit for certified orders, once document upload launches.
• Basic technical logs (request timestamps and similar metadata) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To produce your translation and, if requested, route it through human review or certification.
• To let you sign in and see your own translation history.
• To operate the draft, reviewed, and certified tiers of the service.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse of our systems.

How long we keep it

A document you delete before submitting it for translation goes to the trash and is permanently removed after 30 days. A document you have submitted becomes part of your record: it can be archived but not deleted, and is kept until you close your account or ask us to remove it (Terms §8).

For certified documents, the content hash and certificate record are kept for the long term — even after an account is deleted — so that anyone checking a document's serial number can keep verifying it.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data or the text you submit to third parties.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to the address below and we will act on your request.

Cross-border processing

The text you submit for translation is processed by our language-model provider under contractual terms that prohibit using it to train their models. This processing may take place outside Sri Lanka.
